Charles Mann played as a defensive end in the NFL for Washington and the San Francisco 49ers.



One of the most physical pass rushers in NFL history, Mann had double-digit sack seasons four times, including 14.5 sacks in only his third NFL season, and was voted to four Pro Bowls.



Mann finished his career with Washington with 82 sacks, the third-most in franchise history, and also won Super Bowls XXII and XXVI with Washington. Mann’s name now sits among other Washington greats in the Washington Commanders’ Ring of Fame.
